RMVNETTBLE (Remove Network Table Entry) Command

Purpose

The Remove Network Table Entry (RMVNETTBLE) command is used to remove a network entry from the network table. The network table is used to manage a list of your networks and their associated Internet addresses.

Restriction: You must have system configuration (*IOSYSCFG) special authority to use this command.

Required Parameters

NETWORK Specifies the name of the network entry to be removed.

INTNETADR Specifies the Internet address of the network to be removed. Internet addresses are expressed in the decimal form

nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn

where nnn is a number ranging from 0 through 255.

Example

RMVNETTBLE NETWORK(NETONE) INTNETADR(9.5.0.0)

This command removes the NETONE network entry with address 9.5.0.0 from the network table.
