Tnm::mib split node

The Tnm::mib split command returns the object type and the instance part of an object identifier or MIB node name.

The node argument may be a node name in one of the formats discussed above.

The return value is a Tcl list where the first element is the object identifier for the object type and the second element contains the instance identifier.

No checks are made to ensure that the instance identifier is valid.
